"The course helped me to develop a feeling for negotiating. Andreas made it clear to me that negotiation is something normal and nothing to be ashamed of. I particularly liked the fact that we had a lot of practical exercises that were very practical and taught you that both sides often have a completely different idea of what can be demanded or demanded. I took some practical sentences with me for negotiations, which I could already use successfully. I was able to increase my salary in a negotiation by 10% by simply asking specific questions."

Waldemar Ringler, Seminar “Successful Negotiation and Communication”

"What I particularly liked about the Communication & Negotiation seminar was that the fear topic of salary negotiations suddenly seems feasible due to some predefined text modules and that I have gained more confidence for it. I also found it very impressive that you can negotiate all the time, especially in everyday life, that you just have to get involved and not make hasty assumptions. I took away from the seminar that preparation for any negotiation is the A&O and that without the necessary information you have no chance."
